* We’ll send you the cabin name on the first night of the session
You can email your child, check out news from Camp, and see up-to-date photos from the summer using the same login you used to register for Camp and fill out forms! Among many other things, CampInTouch gives you the ability to email any photos to your friends and family, buy photos and other photo gifts directly from the website, and even spruce up a camper email with fun stationery or word games.
Login to your CampInTouch account by clicking on the “CampInTouch” link in the upper right-hand corner of the Camp Havaya website.
We’re constantly taking photos around Camp and we’ll post them daily to CampInTouch. You can expect to see today’s photos by tomorrow morning. With so many campers and so many wonderful things going on, we know there are a lot of pictures to wade through; we’re sorry for the hassle but know you’ll love seeing your kids’ smiles!
In addition to the photos, we’ll post written updates to CampInTouch on Sundays and Wednesdays. We’ll also send e-mails directly to your inbox on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can generally expect these messages to arrive at some point in the evening.
Parents and grandparents of campers registered for Summer 2018 are invited to join us for the last Shabbat of our Aleph and Bet sessions. The morning will begin with a welcome gathering (including light breakfast); family members will then join with the Camp community for Shabbat morning services in our outdoor beit tefillah (sanctuary) followed by lunch on the lawn. Following lunch, campers will return to their regular programming and families will have the opportunity to meet with Camp leadership.
Aleph Session: Saturday, July 21
Bet Session: Saturday, August 11
Please note that family members will not be allowed in camper cabins during the program and that all family members will be asked to leave Camp by 1:30 pm so that campers and staff can finish the session as a Camp community. Parents may pick up their children and luggage on Sunday between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
To RSVP, please e-mail Hello@CampHavaya.org with which date you will join us and the names of all people attending. Please also let us know if you will need assistance getting around Camp; we’ll be happy to help!
The summer will be here before you know it and we know there may be a lot of questions. We’re happy to help!
Worry not! We have a new name but, deep down, we’re still the same incredibly diverse and welcoming community where kids explore Judaism in their own ways and become the best versions of themselves.
